The Hickory Wrestling Club's purpose is to develop character through the sport of Wrestling. All of our wrestlers, from kindergarten through seniors in high school, learn the values of diligence, discipline, and determination. The sport of wrestling is a great teacher because only the individual wrestler is responsible for their own effort, focus, and intensity which translate directly to their improvement or success. Even if a student never wrestles a match, this sport will teach kids how to face and overcome obstacles. This club and our coaches strive to impart these lessons and traits to our wrestlers in an age appropriate manner at the elementary, middle and high school levels.
